The trays on the carriers are easily replaceable and made of hygienic, food-grade plastic material.Glass covers allow easy observation of the dough movement during the resting process.Thanks to its wheels, the machine can be easily moved to the desired location. 
With its perfectly synchronized system, right and left discharge options are provided, ensuring a more comfortable and efficient working environment. 
The control panel is equipped with protective measures against electrical faults. 
The machine is manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
