One of the main features of the rotary rack oven is its high efficiency, achieved through uniform heat distribution, regular air circulation, and well-designed heat exchangers. Thanks to this heat exchanger system, higher energy savings and consistent baking results are obtained compared to similar machines in its class.The combustion chamber is made of special alloy stainless steel resistant to temperatures above 1000°C. Hood and Exhaust Fan system system are installed to prevent hot air and steam from spreading into the production area after baking.Due to the side-mounted burner system, the oven can be easily installed in narrow and long bakery and pastry shops.
